About Aleksandra Koscielak

Aleksandra is a highly experienced senior licensed immigration consultant with a proven track record of success in immigration consulting and business strategy. Her deep understanding of business strategies and processes enables her to advise executives on the best immigration solutions confidently. Aleksandra’s clients appreciate her in-depth knowledge of business immigration law and her ability to think outside the box to find the fastest and most cost-effective solutions, resulting in an impressive success rate.

Beyond business immigration, Aleksandra is passionate about helping clients with family reunification, permanent residency, responding to refusal situations, fairness letters, misrepresentation cases, and removal orders.

With expertise across a broad spectrum of Canadian immigration matters, she handles cases involving:

  • Business Immigration – LMIAs and LMIA-exempt work permits
  • Permanent Residency – Federal programs under Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Programs
  • Family Sponsorship
  • Temporary Residency – Visitor records, study permits, super visas, and caregiver programs
  • Inadmissibility Issues – Medical and criminal inadmissibility cases
  • Humanitarian & Compassionate Considerations

Aleksandra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from a university in her home country, Poland, an MBA from Oxford Brookes University in the UK, and a Diploma in Immigration Law and Policies from the University of British Columbia, Canada. She is fluent in Polish, English, and Spanish and speaks conversational Portuguese and Russian.

Her background in strategic marketing enhances her ability to take an innovative, solution-oriented approach to immigration law. Aleksandra has been invited by The Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC) and the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) to serve as a mentor in their professional programs. She is currently enrolled in the RCIC-IRB program, which will allow her to represent clients before the Immigration Appeal Division of the IRB upon completion.

As an immigrant to Canada herself, Aleksandra deeply understands the challenges her clients face and is committed to making the immigration process smooth, stress-free, and approachable.

Beyond Work

Outside of her professional life, Aleksandra enjoys salsa dancing, visiting art galleries, and spoiling her family with homemade gourmet desserts. She has volunteered for many years with TIES – The Immigrant Education Society and serves as a volunteer at The Prairie Chapter and Membership Committee of CAPIC.
