About Amrita Gill
Amrita is an immigration lawyer at our Vancouver office. Her immediate and extended family immigrated to Canada from India and the United Kingdom. As such, Amrita understands that the process can be very stressful, frustrating, and confusing. She is aware that adjusting to a new country is a demanding process.
Amrita strives to provide culturally competent, empathetic, clear, and effective legal support to her clients. Amrita’s goal is to ensure that her clients are comfortable, informed, and heard. She focuses primarily on permanent resident and temporary residence applications and appeals, super visa applications and appeals, sponsorship applications, refugee applications, and matters involving the interplay of immigration law with employment law.
