About Jenny Zheng

Jenny is a highly experienced senior licensed immigration consultant providing Canadian immigration law services to clients from across the world. Many of Jenny’s clients seek out Jenny’s representation to rely on her deep knowledge and experience in securing successful immigration applications or to challenge unfavorable decisions made by the Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (the “IRCC”). Jenny routinely guides clients through appealing decisions to the Immigration and Refugee Board (the “IRB”) or applying for judicial reviews at the Federal Court. With rich experience across a broad spectrum of Canadian immigration law matters, Jenny handles a wide range of Canadian immigration matters including those involving, among others:

  1. Express Entry,
  2. family sponsorship,
  3. business immigration,
  4. BC Provincial Nominee Program (“BC PNP”),
  5. temporary resident applications, including those for study permits, work permits, temporary resident visas, and visitor records,
  6. appeals of immigration application rejections,
  7. inadmissibility issues,
  8. humanitarian and compassionate considerations, and
  9. judicial reviews at the Federal Court.

Holding the specialist license, the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant – IRB (“RCIC-IRB”) license, Jenny is one of a limited number of Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (“RCICs”) who are entitled practice before the IRB. Jenny has appeared several times before the Immigration Appeal Division of the IRB to successfully appeal decisions. 

Jenny’s highly regarded client service skills and strong commitment to client objectives are rooted in her enthusiastic, communicative, and dedicated character that has resulted in her being entrusted as a professional for the past 25 years. Prior to entering the workforce, Jenny earned both Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in engineering. Jenny is also a graduate of the accredited immigration law program at the University of British Columbia. 

Outside of work, Jenny is a married mother who cherishes spending time with her family members and friends and contributing to the immigrant community’s understanding of Canadian immigration laws and principles.

Jenny can provide services in both English and Mandarin Chinese (中文).
