About Kieran Bath

Kieran is an immigration lawyer of our Vancouver office who accepts Canadian immigration application, appeal, and judicial review files. Part of an immigrant family herself, Kieran prides herself on being a strong and understanding advocate and a trusted advisor for her clients, who can identify and advocate for consideration of humanitarian and compassionate factors, which is essential in having a successful immigration law practice. Kieran’s clients appreciate her attention to detail, strategic mindset, and deep understanding of the litigation processes and negotiation strategies.

Kieran holds an undergraduate degree in Commerce, awarded by the University of British Columbia, as well as a Juris Doctor (law degree), awarded by the University of Alberta. 

In her spare time, Kieran aims to spend time outdoors and exploring the beauty of Metro Vancouver.
