About Preet Mandair
Preet is an immigration lawyer in our Vancouver office, providing services in both Punjabi and English. Preet assists clients with a wide range of immigration matters. Her core areas of practice include permanent residence appeals and judicial reviews (particularly those involving humanitarian and compassionate grounds), permanent residence and temporary residence applications, and matters involving the interplay between immigration laws and/or employment law issues. Preet commits to providing clients with effective advocacy and detailed and understandable advice.
Whether in the context of mediation, negotiation, or litigation, Preet ensures that her priority is identifying the needs of her clients and helping them navigate what is often the most challenging time of their lives with empathy and compassion.
Preet was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, where she completed her Bachelor’s degree at the University of British Columbia. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, and completed her final year of law school at Allard School of Law (UBC). She articled at an employment and labour law boutique and worked at a full-service firm in the Fraser Valley, practicing all areas of the law.
In her spare time, Preet enjoys practicing yoga, trying out new food spots, and spending time with her friends and family.
